Description: 

200 Twin Dolphin Parking Structure is a long span, four-story garage servicing a new adjacent office building located in Redwood City, CA.  This project is currently under construction.

The structural system for this parking structure includes one-way post-tensioned concrete slabs with 36" deep beams and a concrete shear wall system, all supported on concrete spread/strip footings.
