Citrix Parking Structure is a long span garage located in Santa Clara, CA.  FBA designed the original structure back in 1999.  In 2013, the owner wished to expand the structure, adding two additional levels.  FBA worked as a design-build team with RJS, providing a seismic retrofit and added structure, including concrete shearwalls, additional columns, widened footings, as well as steel stairs, cable rails and roof structures.

The structural system for this parking structure includes one-way post-tensioned concrete slabs with 36" deep beams and a concrete shear wall system, all supported on concrete spread/strip footings.
