Monticello Village is a mixed-use transit-oriented development within close proximity to the CalTrain Station in Santa Clara.

The design includes two level parking garage and above grade post-tensioned podium slab supporting 4-story wood frame structures, plaza area with pools and extensive amenities.

Total garage area is over 750,000 SF for 1640 parking stalls and a podium footprint close to 500,000 SF supporting 825 residential units and retail spaces.

 

Structural system for the building is a concrete post-tensioned slab with concrete shear walls supported on a concrete mat foundation system.
