Adam O'Dea, S.E.
Principal
Adam has been with FBA for over 23 years, with expertise in concrete, steel, masonry and wood structural design, along with early roots in construction management. Adam is a licensed Structural Engineer in CA and WA, as well as a licensed Civil PE in CA and AZ. He graduated from San Jose State with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
Chris Bane, S.E.
Principal
Chris brings an impressive 26 years of comprehensive structural engineering and project management experience, with 23 of those at FBA. He is licensed Structural Engineer (SE) in CA as well as a recipient of a MBA from San Francisco State University. He graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
Jennifer Cassity, P.E.
Principal
As part of the FBA team since its founding in 1997, Jennifer's expertise and focus on post-tensioned concrete and structural design spans almost 26 years. She is a licensed California Professional Engineer in Civil and graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering. Jennifer heads up our Southern California office.
Amir Kazemi, P.E.
Associate Principal
Amir joined the FBA management team in 1997 and has established FBA as THE industry-leading structural engineering and engineered demolition firm that it is today. His expert knowledge in engineering and demolition is unparalleled. Amir is a licensed Civil Professional Engineer (PE) and graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
Walid Naja, S.E.
Principal Emeritus
As one of our founders in 1995, Walid helped to set FBA on the map for its distinguished reputation. Walid's impressive structural engineering depth of knowledge, dedication to his fellow engineers, design team, and clients, as well as his integrity and strength of character is unmatched. Although enjoying retirement, Walid continues to consult and support FBA.
