Oakland Station Seniors, located in Oakland, CA is an affordable senior housing project, consisting of 324 pre-manufactured modular apartment units set on an elevated concrete post-tensioned podium deck, for five-story wood frame structures surrounding a central landscaped courtyard.

The podium footprint is close to 268,000 square feet.

Structural system for the building is a elevated concrete post-tensioned slab with concrete shear walls supported on concrete spread footings.
