​Revo Apartments, formerly Jefferson Stadium Park, is a mixed-use development located directly across from Anaheim Stadium in Anaheim, CA.

The building design includes a 3rd floor post-tensioned concrete podium slab supporting 4- stories of wood framed superstructure, uniquely landscaped courtyards with a pool, wading pools and spa, multi-level areas for firepits, cabanas, turf & BBQ areas, and a sunken pool lounge/bar.  A second floor concrete post-tensioned slab supports residential liner units and a parking level, while leaving open space for two story volume of retail below. First floor street level is a combination of an elevated concrete post-tensioned slab supporting parking, with residential and retail spaces on-grade and landscaped stoop entrances, with one partial level of basement parking below. 

Total building footprint area is over 150,500 SF, including 332 residential units,14,300 SF of retail space, and 656 parking stalls.

Structural system for the building are concrete post-tensioned slabs with concrete shear walls supported on a spread footings.
