Description:

Santana Row is an outdoor shopping mall in San Jose, California. It was developed during 2001-2004 as a $595 million, 42-acre retail and residential “village within a city”, developed by Federal Realty of Rockville, Maryland.

It is regarded as a successful example of a Mixed-use Development.  FBA designed the entire concrete frames for 7 separate mixed-use structures, Hotel Valencia (8-story concrete frame)and one parking garage.

FBA was involved throughout the entire duration of the project from the start of the conceptual stage through construction, working directly with the City of San Jose permitting staff and the developer.
