Description:

The Grant is a high-end, mixed-use development located at the corner of Grant St. and Concord Boulevard in Concord, CA.

 

Consisting of 2 sites, the North site is a Type III Wrap that contains 139 units. The South site is a Type III over I Podium containing 89 units totaling 228 units combined. The project includes 4,600 SF of retail as well as a fitness center, 2 bicycle barns for storage, a rooftop pool/spa amenity deck on the parking structure, and luxury lounges in each building.

 

The structural systems for the buildings are concrete post-tensioned slabs with concrete shear walls supported on a  concrete mat and spread footing foundations.
